Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours notice is required so we may attempt to fill the slot.

Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the worth of the missed treatment. If no notice is given or in the event of a no-show 100% of the appointment fee will be due.
Exceptions may be made but always at the discretion of the manager.

Patch Testing
Brows, lash tinting and LVL lash treatments all require a patch test prior to treatment. This is imperative and must be implemented no less than 24 hours before the treatment though 48 hours in advance of appointment is preferred.
Please be advised NONE of these treatments can go ahead without a patch test. Please consider this when booking your appointment to avoid penalty.

NB: Express extension and cluster lash treatments do not require patch testing BUT cannot be removed at home, attempts at doing so will remove your natural lashes, you must return to the salon for professional removal owing to the adhesive used. An appointment is required and removal takes around 20 minutes.
